Service description
If you want to order currency exchange on a specific date or in a monthly cycle to repay the currency loan you should use ‘YOUR DATE’ service. You can define a fixed, cyclical deadline for the purchase or sale of currency and indicate the account to which the funds should be transferred. In your bank, set a permanent order to transfer funds to TOPkantor, and all operations will be carried out automatically. You will be informed of each event by e-mail. ‘YOUR DATE service also allows you to submit a one-time exchange order. ‘YOUR DATE’ order is done with the ZERO SPREAD rate at the time you specify. A minimum commission is added to the order. You can place ‘YOUR DATE’ order after working hours of the service.
Service costs
- transactions within "YOUR DATE" service are performed at a time time and possibly in a cycle specified by the User with an average Forex rate presented on the homepage of TOPKantor.pl at the time of order execution,
- a commission is added to the transaction:
- EUR exchange - 0.25% of the amount exchanged,
- USD exchange - 0.29% of the amount exchanged,
- CHF exchange - 0.29% of the amount exchanged,
- GBP exchange - 0.29% of the amount exchanged,
- minimum transaction value: PLN 2000 (currency purchase) or 500 currency units (currency sales).
- in case of unsufficient funds on TOPkantor account, the order is rejected.
- with very high volatility in the global currency market, commissions for ‘YOUR DATE’ transactions for some currencies may differ from the presented above.
Time of service
- online during TOPkantor working hours,
- you can place orders 24/7,
- two modes of order fulfillment: cyclical - monthly and one - time,
- if the date is a holiday - the order will be executed the next working day at the same time.
